Motherhood and you as a sexual being

Motherhood is beautiful, but constant caregiving can leave many women feeling disconnected from their own bodies and desires. When you are constantly touched out, your body can start to feel like it belongs to everyone else but you. Because of all the demands of motherhood many women become detached from their sexuality and desires. Their bodies are literally shared, making their bodies not feel like their own.

It is time to take it back.

Here are a few gentle ways to start reclaiming your body for YOUR pleasure:

Set physical boundaries: Give yourself permission to step away and be untouched when the demands of the day are over.

Focus on sensory touch: Reconnect with your body outside of intimacy. Use rich lotions, take long baths, or wear fabrics that feel amazing against your skin.

Redefine your space: Shift your mindset to remember that your body is a vessel for your joy, not just a tool for caregiving.

You deserve to feel good in your own skin.
